About 50 percent of students study abroad during their time at Marist, and these opportunities pave the way for an expansive, global education. With more than 75 program offerings, you can choose to study abroad for two weeks, a full semester, a year, or even earn your four-year degree overseas! From our Florence, Italy campus to destinations on six continents, you will have a memorable experience.

Abroad experiences offer students opportunities for personal, cultural, and academic growth. Marist has three signature locations in Florence, Dublin, and Madrid where students are supported by full-time, in-country staff from Marist and trusted partners.

How Long Will You Study Abroad?

- First-Year Abroad: Spend your first full year of college at one of our signature destinations - Florence or Dublin - with dedicated full-time staff there to support you.
- Florence Bachelor Degree Programs: Earn your bachelor's degree in Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance.
- Semester/Academic Year Abroad: Select a destination and spend 15 weeks or up to a full academic year immersed in a new place.
- Short-Term Faculty Led Programs: Enroll in a course with a short travel component to experience what you've learned in the classroom.
- Summer Session: Spend your summer abroad and take classes, complete an internship, or do both.

With over 70 study abroad programs to choose from, Marist Abroad offers a vast array of study abroad options.
Marist Abroad offers a variety of study abroad experiences that support a broad range of educational objectives, with program offerings on six continents. We offer semester, full academic year, and short-term study abroad programs, enabling Marist students of any major to study abroad and graduate according to their planned schedule.
